love all the perks. very easy app especially with customization.

this app is missing items you should be able to order from the store but it does not show all sandwiches so if I want to get what I want I lose out on points when you have to call or go in versus online the store I select is missing the hook and ladder so frustrating that is the classic sandwich I should have more points then what I have
The fact that you still have to buy something in order to use your rewards for a free item is absolutely ridiculous. What a reward, you get to spend more money.
All these updates, and STILL no option to order the sub cold. This is basic stuff, guys. Your in-store menus say they the sandwiches can be ordered hot or cold. Your customers AND your employees, would appreciate it if you would finally fix this seemingly perpetual oversight.
gift card redemption in the app is horrible. if your total goes over the gift card amount there's no option to pay for the difference with another method. you actually have to reload the same gift card and then pay with that gift card, that is just stupid.
