cannot see my system unless I open close refresh screen multiple times
Good app, very stable and intuitive. The Solix Solarbank 4 needs half hour increments to set the peak and off peak times, otherwise great!
it simply never connects, except in rare occasions for no apparent reason. useless. phone right on top of the device.
Solarbank 2 E1600 AC: the Energy Plan mode selector is greyed out in the app (shows "NA" on the home page and can't be tapped). I can't change modes or find "Manual Backup", which is listed in the official user guide. The device shows Online and works when controlled via Home Assistant, so this looks like an app issue. Please fix. Smart meter not detected banner is also shown.
Works as advertised.
It works pretty well for what I need. I would like the ability to set the on/off peak times in half hours though. Our night rate is 23:30 to 05:30, but it will only let me set midnight til 6am (or 5am), which is annoying!
