The running totals dont match balance owed. This has been happening for months - paying my balance owed reflects an overpayment of around $170 on my detailed transaction list. Calling customer service did not provide any actual explanation or help to figure out the cause. The guy kept saying that if a negative balance shows on the transactions then you overpaid..... but I'm paying what it shows as my current balance... I'm dropping this card and never using Barclay again.
Twice they have declined purchases as fraudulent. Ok is what it is. Go to the App to confirm purchases. Ok kewl, card is unlocked. Go back to make the purchase, declined as fraudulent, this time I have to call them. Then today I actually call them for a fraudulent charge and get told "You have to settle the charge with the company" like what the literal hell.
Your App sucks and lags! This is my 3rd time trying to add bank account for payment. After adding the details, I hit add bank account. the app stops responding. Yes, my app is up to date. Please fix it!!
its too slow
a little complicated asking too many questions and upset with the results but also what I didn't like it used in old credit score I had of April 2026 of 708 but right now my credit score is over 810 and and Samsung gave me a low credit card limit 2k was hoping for at least five 10K credit card since my watch and my phone is already almost 2K.
it keeps saying your service is not available at this time so I cannot pay my bill on time because the app does not work after I pay this off never again
