App has been very helpful to learning to use Flo portable reformer and in motivating me to keep at daily.
Great reformer & app. Simple and effective. Good price point for both too. Because it's so breezy to use I'm finally sticking with something and my body is showing results. Thanks for not making it complicated. Career and motherhood is stressful enough and this is a great way to balance that and care for myself again.
