Trying to pay rent and the app is completely bugged out. Won't load the payment portal at all. Seems very suspicious that this is happening and their online website doesn't work for payments. I see a lawsuit happening again regarding late fees they are wrongfully hoping we incur.
this was supposed to be cleaned before we moved in. not only was it not, its full of mold. the shower, had dead lizards in it. the flooring is so corroded, its been damaged by water, pieces of the floor are coming up. full of dust, the shower in the master, door doesn't close. the tub is also coming apart at the walls, someone tried to paint a while ago. painted over hinges to make it look nice, now they do not want to open and close without force, ceiling fan master , only has 1 speed. slow.
They have been great and easy to work with..
Update on Invitation Homes. We went a head & signed another two year lease. They have been better with us. I Love my home & they are doing a lot to ensure that we are safe & well taken care of while living in our home. We got the Mold situated fixed too. So Thank You to Invitation Homes.
all I'm going to say after 3 years is HORRIBLE! Communication Sucks.....Returning calls Suck! Returning emails Sucks!
