The Account Overview started showing up blank. Please fix this.
WTAF. Website? Useless. App? Actively in opposition to your efforts. I was finally able to attempt an account recovery using the mobile app. I received a 6 digit pin via text. Plugged it into the app and received a message "Verification code must be 8 digits." I can't make this up.
Stuck in a loop of verifying that i'm human and making me re-enter my sign in information. App has had other stability issues in the past, but now I literally can't even log in to see my info and it's been like this for over a month. And of course if you try to log into their site on mobile it directs you to the app...
android biometrics not working. There is no option in the settings to enable it. this used to be there in the past.
FIX YOUR APP. I haven't been able to log in via app or website for over a week at this point. Your MFA doesn't work and you can't roll out changes like this without notification. At least make it opt in so we can actually log into our account normally. Fix this, I can't even delete my account which is definitely a GDPR violation and you should be getting massive fines for this.
WORST APP. It says I can request a loan deposited to my bank account at 946am October 28. It's 1043 and still grayed out. RIDICULOUS. GET IT TOGETHER AND QUIT PLAYING WITH PEOPLE'S MONEY.
