version 2026.20.0 is barely usable. performance is sluggish. playback frequently freezes when fast forwarding or rewinding. next episode playback is unreliable. movie Play Back Time stem often failed to save. I eventually uninstall it and sideloaded older version 2026.16.0, which resolved most of these issues. I will recommend disabling auto date each new update is making the app worse.
you've fired too many people, your app has lost functionality and you don't have the manpower to fix it I'm already looking into other providers and if you're reading this you should too.
Such an amazing app✨
the mobile app just isnt worth it. it takes several minutes to load in my libraries and another several minutes to load content. oh and if you need to stop playback or have to turn off your screen you have to close the app and restart. my remote access settings are all green, the windows desktop app and the desktop website work great for me and my users, the mobile expirence just isnt good.
At the end of each commercial break you're watching a different movie. so you have to shut everything down and restart at each commercial break.
Great shows but after adverts the app skips to the next episode at random. This can happen multiple times when I go back to the episode I was on, advert replays and then it skips to next episode. I have autoplay turned off at it still does this. Almost unwatchable it's so frustrating.
