Works even worse with their recommended hardware than it does with a fit bit. The device connection drops multiple times a day.
This app never downloads all my steps. sometimes off by 2000. Not happy.
It randomly doesn't pull in data from a device. The explanation of points for activities is horrible.
it had syncing issues with strava. moreover it should not allow to add steps manually

I hate that I have to use the app in order to connect my fitbit now. I absolutely hate that I'm forced to use the app if want to access the site on my phone. It won't allow me to access the website on my phone. I'm forced to use the app. Website is so much easier to view the different screens and log things.
