I had to close this account. I really liked them at first; however, recently my account was showing that I no longer had a credit card. I called customer service for assistance, worse customer service in my life. i could not get any help. I canceled the card. not worth the headache.

Your app is absolutely worthless!The security is so rigid that I cannot even access my own account anymore!The previous older app was superior to this latest updated and supposedly easier app.Now I have to actually call to make a payment or check the balance on my card,which is a nuisance and inconvenient.I would give your app a zero star if that were possible.I have installed and uninstalled your app a dozen or more times to no avail.So thanks for nothing Avant!!!
Honestly, I'm really disappointed. The app freezes way too much, won't let you do anything, it's just a waste of your time.
