I've use this app on and off over the years. Just dont. True story I was given a med that I said I really didn't want in the first place, after giving in I had a panic attack on the med and quit my job of 15 years. I tried a different Dr. that was insanely rude. When I messaged the app company and said you cant expect me to pay for someone talking to me like that and providing nothing they just auto charged me.
Website LITERALLY says ADHD diagnosis hence why I came. Just to be told that's not what they do under 5 minutes of first appointment. Update. Got my summary of my first meeting. The woman who literally told me they don't do a diagnosis only treatment. Says I was thinking I was going to give a diagnosis during that meeting. Funny since I had already been made aware of that this would take like three appointments already. What can I say. Maybe she should reconsider her career choice.
I'd been using this service for years when they suddenly dropped me during a period of instability just because I mentioned Medicaid in a support message without even being on it. The first psychiatrist I saw left without warning, and the second psychiatrist I saw was dismissive and outright suggested a dangerous medicine combination which I, without a degree mind you, had to remind her had a very good chance of causing the SOMETIMES FATAL serotonin syndrome. All this for $120 a visit.
Medical Team Cancelation! I've booked 5 times which 3 were canceled on me.... But if I miss an appointment its a $50 fee. Find your medical advice somewhere else.
App has improved, confusing UX.. Notification spam for "survey". I do not need 2 notifications a week asking if I would "recommend" the service..
do not use this company. they will start to help you and get your prescription and then afterwards all of your appointments will be canceled. when you do the labs that the providers ask you to do that they say will be covered by your insurance you end up getting charged $1,500 by the lab company because they aren't actually covered by your insurance. try to contact support to get help or contact the primary care provider through the app and it just doesn't work. never trust them.
