Generally a good app. Basic set up is fine. Figuring out the details takes a bit of searching if you want to do more than the basics. It would be nice if there were another layer of explanation and trouble shooting available from the app, without needing to download the manual.
very handy 250w power station
Come on Anker. The 250W Prime Charger STILL only has the same 12 clock themes... I mean, considering how big Anker is, y'all could hire, train, and pay a team whose only job is to keep chunking out clock themes. I know we can upload our own photos as clock themes, but most of us don't have photos that will look that good once they are converted to fit the display screen. And if anyone is wondering, the 250W Prime Charger's screen aspect ratio is 5:2. Or it's really close to that.
app does accurately record solar data, support acknowledges the issue but refuses to fix it. do not recommend any of their systems if the support team won't address them
why does it have to keep telling me that the device isn't found. I need to get to the next screen to select the connect button for the bluetooth. you're just getting in the way.
It should be possible to see solar production per panel in the daily view, not just weekly / monthly!!
