worst bank very worst .........🤬🤬🤬🤬
very poor APP and very poor service it's been over 10 days I am trying to open account called abd went personally to bank none of them are helpful my face scanning is not accepting dunne what reason...completely disappointed

The RAKBANK app is extremely frustrating when approving payments. I accept the request, only to receive a "merchant timeout" error. When I open the app, there is no pending payment, approval request, or explanation. For something as crucial as payments, this lack of visibility is unacceptable. The app should clearly show whether a transaction is pending, approved, failed, or expired, and explain what to do next. Please fix this and provide clear payment status.
Hopefully this will be last time I am using this bank. Horrible service especially from the "live" agents . who keeps closing the chat . Terrible AI they are putting. customer service is the worst
Recent application updates, biometric authentication is not working properly, causing significant inconvenience to many customers. Customers are facing difficulties accessing the application smoothly. Kindly investigate this issue and provide a permanent solution as soon as possible to restore normal biometric functionality and avoid further customer inconvenience.
