Sadly I am disappointed in Exos coach i was asigned. My work pays for the Exos app. My coach must have way to many clients. He says he'll send videos, but in 2 months I have gotten ONE video.
This free service, through my company, is amazing. The coaches meet with you to keep you on track with your workout goals, and can help with nutrition & weightloss.
I just love this place keep up the good work
