Good service, but sending money becomes very difficult, The amount section is not working fast
getting very bad experience I get msg in email my acc will be closed or dlt after 60 days due to no any money transaction where every month my salary is credited in this acc please have a check all the details I don't know how I get this msg and yesterday msg direct through Gmail for that problem they direct blocked my acc ,now my all salary was in my acc is this your bank service , no one rec call they reject or cut call from there Im trying from morning time what is this ????
There is a big defect in the system when try to log in that case big suffering for us
Hi Team I have mashreq account but i am facing issue in biomteric login..i cannot login through fingerprint..can you please help me to logun through face recognition...Please assist me as i am facing so much of issue and delay because of this biometric login and my day to day transfer work getting delayed..Please help me in resolving this issue.
Don't make the mistake of opening an account with Mashreq with their horrible customer service and pathetic outdated app.
