I used a "multimodal" approach: books, podcasts, this app, and PRAYER! Passed on the 1st attempt!

I really liked this app at first. I could practice 10 questions daily for free, and it would explain the correct answers thoroughly. Lately, it has been telling me that I reached the limit for the day when I open the app, and I can no longer take any quiz (not even the free daily one) without a subscription. Otherwise, the app is easy to navigate.
I can't get any response about fixing my account.
Deceptive advertising. I searched for the pocket prep app and this was the top result. I installed and paid before realizing I had been duped (my fault). I hoped the app would still be useful but it's mediocre. I asked for hard questions but everything it gave me was very easy. When I tried to cancel it didn't save so I had to cancel though the app store instead. Mediocre at best, but deceptive and scammy.
I have requested this subscription be cancelled weeks ago and they continued to bill me through automatic billing. I've emailed three times and I am ignored. this company STEALS money from you once you subscribe
