Entire system doesn't work. Big waste of your money and time.
The app won't launch. I tried to clear the data and even uninstall and then install again. It shows the Petlibro logo and doesn't go further.
This is one of the most dysfunctional apps I've ever had. Luckily the timer still works and delivers food at the set schedule despite all the times the app crashes or lags. It takes forever to load, needs to restart at times, has updates but for no beneficial reason. It's annoying. I don't plan to buy another petlibro product, however I do plan to make sure to not recommend it to anyone.
I'm loving these smart feeders. The RFID tags are a bit larger but work great. I could use a battery meter to monitor my battery level.
petlibro lite (different app entirely?) works fine on iPhone, but this Petlibro app does not work on android. my feeder got disconnected from WiFi, I spent ages trying to pair it on my new android phone. after getting frustrated, I got my iPhone out and lo and behold, the feeder setup instantly.
It just stopped working a few months ago. Now I have hundreds of dollars worth of useless devices. Thanks!
