The scale is pretty nice, but the app is poorly designed. Not intuitive or simple. Lacks of easy historical following of markers at a glance, in one whole display. Besides, contacting support is useless, since they don't even understand the case and and reply with preset scripts, like an ai. 0k0k is a cheaper product and much user friendly.
A year after I wrote about this app not being able to handle DST and still no action to address it. NEGATIVE 5 STARS!! I'm amazed me that VeSync still can't handle Daylight Saving Time changes in the U.S. Just so tired of having to adjust schedules with every time change. Lights that I had scheduled to turn off at 8:15 am now turn off at 7:15 am. My phone automatically handles the time change - and my other apps - without any issue. Why can't VeSync?
advertisements are highly annoying, what a shame
why did you remove the pet mode?
this app sucks. advertisement after advertisement. i just want to turn my device on and off, adjust speed, but the moment i start heading for my device on the app, i moves and i hit another BS ad. i like how well my device cleans the air, hate the app. you must hate your customers
daylight savings been broken since 2019 as indicated by other reviewers. random response from vesync saying they told their engineers about it but its never fixed. as soon as dst happens the timers will be off by an hour. changing the schedule fixes it but I shouldn't have to do that. not to mention that half the time changing the schedule doesn't work because of connection issues and its not on my end because it doesn't work on devices from different locations. dont recommend
