awful. hardware company trying lock it down and force customers to pay installers or for a data plan through them just to monitor already installed systems. I will never opt for this company in the future.
I got a new router over a month ago. Connected all my devices with little effort. All except our inverter. No matter what I try, the mySolarEdge app won't connect. Their chat bot and Google didn't help. Their customer support is practically non-existent. We did finally talk to a representative who said we needed to call our solar installer. Our solar installer said they'll only come for a $99 fee. They both blame the other for the problem. SolarEdge gets a failing grade.
tried everything can't log in
The app works fine for displaying production. However it will not notify you at all if your system goes offline. I lost 2 months of solar production this summer because of a tripped breaker. A basic notification feature should be a no brainer.
In May 2026 I changed all SolarEdge components to the new ones marked as "Home" and "ONE", including adding Controller ONE and EV Charger ONE. I received the new site ID but my app is still not showing the SE ONE user interface, I am still stuck with the old user interface. I asked several times for manual resetting of my site to enable ONE interface. SE customer support is the poorest support I have ever experienced! Since May, my issue is still not resolved!
good but for some reason roof plan revised and is incorrect as the roof is now incorrect. though roof is tiled their is a low pitched portion and palm tree has been removed.
