UPDATE: Exos has made a new all standing/sitting exercise program for persons not able to do floor exercise! It's a great starting program for those of us that can't get up and down off of the floor!! Lyn is a great coach and keeps me motivated!! Sadly I am disappointed in Exos coach i was asigned. My work pays for the Exos app. My coach must have way to many clients. He says he'll send videos, but in 2 months I have gotten ONE video.
This free service, through my company, is amazing. The coaches meet with you to keep you on track with your workout goals, and can help with nutrition & weightloss.
I just love this place keep up the good work
company recommended by organization hence accepted
The team reached out to me. they were working on the bug It's fixed. The app works great. I've been able to communicate with my coach. old: App stuck on loading screen
Going well so far
