game is heavily monetized but can still be enjoyable f2p as long as you don't mind not being competitive. very nostalgic for old Ragnarok online enjoyers. can be overwhelming at the start with the amount of systems available to power up your character, and you can easily mess up a build. do some research and have a plan for your class so you're not regretting choices later on.
If you're looking for a game that has poor customer service, Download this now!! guaranteed unreliable customer service, 10 times will ask you for weird verification (screen shot, they expect you to screen shot all the things before doing such a thing). they can't track top-up system by your game ID, will merge new server(s) to old server(s). they expect you to catch up with "free resources" that they'll mail you after that.

absolutely horrible game... not at all what is being advertised. avoid, seriously, avoid it... thar was me being nice.
This brings me back.
So, the game is fun...at first. Then you realize that it takes a weeks worth of using Odin to farm enough materials to attempt a safe refinement of one piece of gear. And then you realize that failure of the refine is very high, so you can literally fail 10 refines in a row... losing weeks and weeks of odin farming. There's an exchange center where we can trade crystals for refine materials, but then you realize it takes Millions of crystals for mats needed to attempt a refine. Sound fun to you?
