app constantly kicks me out and makes me log back in every few days. I wish it would just recognize my device and let me in.

wont send me an email to reset my password when i request and the only help button just redirects me back to the login page.
The app is great but all of a sudden the notifications stopped coming in saying I had received a message in appfolio. my notifications are on for this app so not sure why it stopped working. I wish someone would help me with this.
How do I remove my bank information and get it to stop charging me???
appfolio actively makes housing in America worse. appfolio is a company that inserts itself between tenants and property managers and severs the communication between them. appfolio does not provide any kind of support for tenants, yet every tenant is forced through their platform. if you call them, it's an AI bot that only accepts sales calls. appfolio sends unlabeled 'noreply' emails from the property managers email address so when you reply to appfolio it's a silent dead end.
