Your app sucks. Your associate answer the phone very rudely. Didn't even say Cinnabon was where she was located or an Hi. Then I asked her where in the mall she is located. The rude response I received was why? Well I wanted to know where to drive being in the mall. I wanted to park near the entrance. Then she answers me Round, where the arcade is. Which is a lie. There located way across the other side of the mall by JC Penny's. If I didn't have a free Tmoble coupon I'd never shop here. Rude!!!
Easy to sign up and use.
Who the hell decided to make an app that doesn't start on the homepage after installation and signing up?
These darn cinnabons got me on a hold. So tender and delicious everytime. The staff are always friendly, and willing to go out of their way to make stuff not on the menu if they have ingredients. I love it.
the app is some what slow. it wasn't easy to get reward
