Was sold specific software functions then bought the software and those functions don't exist. Was delayed 15 days to get on my onboarding call during a 30 day onboarding period. They aggressively call/text/email you at all hours of the day unless you actually need something then it takes days to respond and requires you to follow up constantly. I've now been unable to log in for over a week and being told to change settings that requires me to log in first! completely inadequate company.
Not a smooth experience. Basic things are fine, but if you have a patient change length of appointments time and try to go back and change it after the appointment things become overly complicated. Many experiences like this make it less user friendly.

As an instructor helps to know who has registered to plan practice.
Many times when I check my notifications I get a message that my sign in credentials aren't recognized. I'll then sign in and move through the app. Today I got that message and when I signed in with the same information as I always use I got "check your username and password" I have changed my password 6 or 7 times now and the app still won't open. This is very frustrating.
*Used this company 11 years* Started $40/month; last paid $255. Way over priced, clunky, glitchy, inconvenient, not user friendly,app crashes frequent, CS inconsistent,charged xtra for absolutely everything, u have no choice in merchant so HIGH CCfees & a mysterious monthly fee called "miscellaneous fees" i was told had to do w/clients address not matching CC address-huh?! App & laptop versions not even close. IF u are 1 person show save yourself the unbelievable frustration & money!
