I've had Ugohome cameras for quite a while, and I'm honestly not impressed. I have the camera set to track and turn whenever motion is detected outside, but it rarely works as expected. On top of that, while I'm at work trying to check on my fur baby, the app tells me I don't even have an account, despite uninstalling and reinstalling it multiple times. This has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend spending your money on this product.
they suspended my account over a year ago after I requested them to cancel. they managed to get around to suspending my account but taking the automatic deduction from my account every month kinda slipped their mind. check your statements every month if you cancel
Love this app it's very easy to be install , and never crashes. would recommend to any of my family or friends.
I really like this App , it does everything I need it to do and doesn't hold my phone hostage with ads !
Is there a way to also adjust the speed of the playback? For detected motion, the recording usually starts about a minute before the actual motion. There has to be a way to speed up the playback so I don't have to watch nothing happen, second by second, until I get to see what actually happened.
my app is not working I keep getting notifications that someone is in my home and can't see I'm at work I keep trying to connect via app and am getting home buying add like what's going on 😡
