please add a house in Italy next update that we could buy and live in

After the latest update, the game has severe micro-stutters and freezes for 1-3 seconds when entering tunnels or toll booths. I'm using a Poco X7 Pro (Dimensity 8400 Ultra, 12GB RAM), so hardware is not the issue. Reducing graphics to the lowest setting doesn't fix it either. Please optimize the game for Android 16. We need a hotfix ASAP!
I love to play this game, It teache's us about car's and engines
It's an excellent game but there are few things that would take it to the next level, a functioning ambient lighting for cars that got it and also lighting on all gauge clusters
