terrible app to use. out of all the auctions I watch, Ritchie bros is the most difficult for sure. and now after the update you cant see when your watches lots are selling without entering to bid. and your watch list puts items in the wrong order so you have to go through them all to see what sells first to last. very mismanaged app
Ritchie brothers is a great place to buy and sell. I still find I use the website more, but the app is clean and very useful.
used to be an OK app, now it is terrible. can't even get logged in. Search categories are in no particular order. For a $20B company, it's a pretty sad excuse for an app.
the new app is garbage. very slow and very difficult to navigate. wish we could have the option to revert to the old app.
the old app was actually usable. the update Aug 2026 has made me use my browser instead
Looks like Ali baba app now. Ritchie Bros change your app makers. New version looks cheap and hard to navigate. Looks like cheap Chinese knock off.
