Great
Don't use the app, Check and double check the contract. The app has serious transparency issues. It does not display rental modification history. When U-Haul representatives change contract details on their end, the app automatically updates the contract image into an unzoomable, unreadable thumbnail. You cannot verify if your One-Way booking was quietly changed to an In-Town rental until it is too late. Avoid relying on this app for managing booking details.
app gives you one price, customer service confirmed. Pick up van, price changes. Tell you to drop off anytime, then charges you for after hour drop off.
Absolutely horrible experience. Originally booked to pick up a moving truck from a certain location, but they called me the next day saying I would have to pick it up somewhere else and just use the Uhaul app. Sure, no big deal. I show up at new place at the scheduled time and the website and app are down or something. I call support and the wait time is over a hour. This is ridiculous. NEVER using U-Haul again, and advising anyone who asks me to do the same.
Very straightforward and simple way to make and manage my rental. Only issue I had was sometimes it took a bit longer for my changes to update to the app. Also, maybe add a couple more features to see more details about my current rental in real time. Overall, very reliable and user friendly app.
Can't create account on the app. Will allow you to input you info but will not progress to any other screen and will send you account verification code with ease but can't input it anywhere to set up account. The app freezes at time. not worth it.
