While Wayfair does have good deals and promos, overall products are good, but at least 75% of my orders have had issues with extremely poor quality control - from damaged parts (dented fireplace insert, scratched gazebo, etc) or missing parts. Customer Service has been okay dealing with, but I shouldn't have to deal with them on almost every order. I expect better when spending hundreds or thousands of dollars on items.
watch your order....they will add their rewards program without you knowing and charge you $30
My experience with Wayfair has not been good. I purchased a king bed frame, pillows, and a mattress from Wayfair. All items were supposed to be delivered by October 10th. received a bed frame and pillows but instead of receiving my mattress, Wayfair sent me doggy training pads. I contacted them and they told me that they could get me a new mattress in roughly a week. Very unacceptable and when I asked for a refund they said it would take like 7-10 days. I will not order from them again
