It seems Grove has changed the way subscriptions are filled in the cart. it used to be that after a shipment the contents of your next shipment showed up in the cart soon after. that allowed me to edit as needed until it shipped. It now has an empty cart right after and suddenly adds subscription items right before shipping. due to it now being a higher maintenance subscription I will just be cancelling it all unfortunately.
I had given Grove a 5 star rating, but now I can't do that. For whatever reason, Grove changed its shipping policy (and providers) recently. I used to not have to worry about receiving the goods I had ordered. they would come every week on the dot. They are less reliable these days. I have had to ask for the same package to be reshipped 3 times this month alone, and it isn't the first time. So keep that in mind while you're exploring your options.

been using it for about 6 years now and couldn't be happier!!
I was using the app to edit my cart and noticed that the subtotal seemed high. Got a calculator out and the subtotal was 50 more expensive than it should be. I hit check out to see if the app just needed to refresh or if it would give me details. Nothing and still 50 more expensive. I pulled it up on the web, and the subtotal there was the same as the calculator. Closed out of the app and opened it back up, still 50 more. cancelled my VIP. do not use this app use the website or a different brand
