previous gave a bad review. but it was deleted. so here we are again. app didn't download to my galaxy watch. went to the app. the link offering to help didn't work. they replied to my post saying email. I did. over a week later, still no reply.

Nice watch face but steps/distance/calories does not update on my Xiaomi Watch 5. Have emailed twice but no response.
