iqama update is not working on app
Coming back after almost a year, unfortunately, there is zero improvement in this rubbish app and its banking operations: The app still freezes if you do a couple of transactions in a row. It still doesn't sync with Samsung Pay. Standard credit card payment transfers take 2-3 days to reflect. The irony is that customer support actively replies to comments instead of fixing basic features, asking you to email them instead. If a customer points out a clear problem here, just take it n fix
not working most of the time
Promised a "free for life" card but was immediately hit with annual fees, totaling 1800 SAR for one purchase. After rude collection calls, they offered a 900 SAR settlement to close my file, sending an official stamped letter. I paid it in August. Two months later, collections is harassing me again for the "remaining balance," ignoring their own signed document. Highly deceptive and unprofessional. Avoid.
