SCAM. the customer service doesn't give 2 Sh!ts about you. the background check is a JOKE and all they do is take your money. mys sisters ex husband is in jail for murder, attempted murder, assault to murder a police officer, possession of methamphetamine, child endangerment, domestic battery and has 3 restraining orders. he's in prison doing 25-life. thru his venmo and his mom's ssdi deposited in there he Was APPROVED after paying 19$.... watch out they will find a way to steal your money
I think you guys are great. you make it affordable for short term rental. Airbnb / Extend stays are too expensive. your rates are very reasonable. thank you for accommodating me.

LOVE IT FOR TRANSITION. IF YOU AR LOYAL, THEY ARE LOYAL TO YOU!! LOVE THAT THEY HELP PEOPLE OUT IN TIMES OF DISTRESS. ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A TRAVELING PROFESSIONAL LIKE MYSELF.
I was rejected by my first application, I then decided it wasn't for me. I paid 77.00 upfront. I contacted them several times about a refund. I was given the runaround. they still owe me 77.00. it was a costly mistake. beware
