The app takes too long to send notifications related to website transactions, and by the time they are received the website has logged us out of the session. It feels like we are in a race against time to fill in all the details and complete a payment trandaction.
Very good App to do any transactions. User friendly, I am using this App for more than 10 years and so far I did not have any issues

Great App and Easy Banking
Account frozen for weeks, no clear answers from support Opened a new Business Starter account, but it has been frozen ever since due to a KYC issue. I submitted the full set of requested documents, but was only told they "do not clear" — with no explanation of what was wrong or how to fix it. Multiple calls to customer care have gone nowhere; no one has been able to tell me the actual reason or a resolution timeline. Because I can't access my own funds, I've now incurred a AED 500 late payment f
