I won't able to download on my Lenovo laptop. Help please!
generally good and very user friendly except for one thing, i couldnt edit the data i entered in the routines of the children within the app. its so annoying i had to log in the website to be able to edit. even i close and open the app, still doeant work. with the work very fast paced on the floor , its so inconvenient to just have to do that. if you can fix it pls. thanks.
I have an android set. It does not open any thing such as Educators room community post nor any other option. Contacted storypark help centre.They just replied because I am connected to more then one centre, it just shows as internet error. Very disappointed with the app.
We have been using this app at work for a few months now and I have to say I'm definitely no a fan. There are so many glitches and even if you update it nothing seems to work. Sometimes posts get lost or randomly disappear, it also says children are signed out but they're not. You're constantly always having to refresh the page or close it completely and then re-open. it also seems that sometimes parents don't get notifications either. I give this App a 5 out of 10.
Like SP app but the past couple of weeks it just doesn't load or clicks out. frustrating when trying to do your mahi or communicate with families
after the update. I can't open the app at all. This happens all the time. are you guys fix the bug? or just make it worst?
