Extremely poor app and an equally poor delivery service. The app won't allow you to add delivery instructions without first registering your address, despite UPS already having that information when you enter your tracking number. Worse still, the address registration process appears to be restricted to US addresses, making the feature effectively useless for UK customers. The delivery service is no better. The driver rang my doorbell before 9am on a Saturday, with no advance warning.
what a nightmare.5 attempts to open account every one wrong apparently,4 attempts and still cant track my parcel.wrong symbol,wrong letter(lower case). BAD.
Tracking number cant be copied from email and it opens the app but doesnt take me to the shipment
