Need Chromecast support
The clock in the Max GO device was incorrect for a day and, when it did sync, my 9000 steps ended up being 11. I submitted a support ticket, but as usual . . . crickets. [Update: As expected, Personify doesn't like 1-star reviews. Now, I have to PROVE the clock on my device malfunctioned. Of course, that's impossible. Today, marks 2 weeks since I submitted a support ticket. After each update to this review, I've been asked to submit a support ticket. Just looks like lazy customer service to me.]
The app doesn't really link the personify application record with devices. Unless it is regularly, at least once a week, opened and linked it does not keep track of activity done. The support is very glitchy and cumbersome with poor connection to humans. It took over an hour and three separate connection attempts for me to get any response to my concerns with the customer support link.
Can't open at all
Have to use this app to get a health insurance discount at work. Great in theory, horrible in practice. Connected apps to track steps, calories, etc. magically disconnect periodically & must be reconnected. Steps, sleep time & other functions randomly stop tracking. Contacting their live online support is seldom helpful. Also, more content & variety is needed in their wellness videos. If we are to watch these every day to earn points, new content is needed. The problems have persisted for years.
Works even worse with their recommended hardware than it does with a fit bit. The device connection drops multiple times a day.
