I highly recommend CoachCat app not only for the training it expertly recommends but for the AI chats that feel just like you are talking to a live Coach! The metrics are clear and concise giving a good understanding of where you at any given time. Bottom line, if you don't want an actual coach, but want coaching, this is the app for you!!

I really wanted to use this app and make the move over from TrainerRoad, but there are far too many quirks to mess around with. I need a coaching app because I'm trying to get faster on limited time. I need something I can load and go asap.

Had to stop using. Kept getting screen to pay for use app twice within first 2 wks of use even though "first 30 days are free". I own Fascat training plans before they went subscription. Good plans, poor execution through Google playstore
