This was a waste of time and huge motivational hit to my wife and I. On our first session, we were asked about our issues by the matchmaker, someone intended to match us with a provider. A week later we had a productive session with our therapist and she assigned some goals in the app. Out if no where, they messaged us saying they could not help us and that they would refer us else where, no reasoning. Then I got an email stating they had cancelled our membership. I demanded full refund, got it.
Bait and switch on subscription prices. They charged me 29% more on the second month without warning of an increase. I even reached out to customer support and they left me on read without a response or explanation. Very disrespectful for a therapist company.
The therapist seemed to wait to talk rather than listen. She actively encouraged and pushed us to the toxic behavior that caused me to leave the marriage. The final nail was the difficulty in getting the information get them to stop charging me after sessions were stopped.
I stand behind therapy and the only ones you will see that have negative comments or reviews are the ones who are not ready to accept accountability for their actions those people are the most vulnerable to destructive avenues of life
I used this app to strengthen my core with my boyfriend as we navigated blending a family. Shagoon Maurya was our therapist and she is absolutely brilliant. You won't find a better support system than her. Therapy isn't for the broken, don't wait that long. Get the support you need on your schedule. Thank you to everyone who supported us, but especially Shagoon. You've impacted and supported my family in such a meaningful way, we will never forget you.
glitchy app, unhelpful support team, and backwards, stingy policies. the only good thing about this experience has been my now 3rd assigned therapist. as soon as we get a few more sessions done and can manage without them, I'm cancelling and deleting this app SO FAST. This system needs help something fierce.
