Terrible
I won't know until I get paid.
Absolute garbage platform and a completely shady operation. They overbook shifts, turn workers away at the door empty-handed with zero pay, and then try to cover their tracks with automated policy warnings and retaliatory suspensions. If you question why a supervisor is texting you at 5:07 AM asking if you're on your way—proving you weren't even late—they just lock your account. Complete joke of a company. I'm leaving it to the Department of Labor to handle the rest.
GREAT!!! informing us through each shift & pay earnings!!!.
would be extremely helpful for workers if they had Early Access to partial pay on Monday and Tuesday for a fee and all deposits paid on Wednesday... however... late processing of already earned pay stops workers from being able to always have gas funds to always arrive on time daily to assignments without having to beg to borrow gas money from others
Good app, good work.
