Absolutely Horrible, they took my money then cancelled it. But on the App it still showed confirmed. They did not even tell me they cancelled my order until the day it's supposed to deliver when I called them. Then they tried to say my information didn't match, but it did..All I can say is there are other services I would use instead of this one. Unless you want to take chance. I should have listened to my buddy.
it says optional yet I'm being forced to respond. I just figured out the problem. I'm using the app instead of going to the website like I usually do. this app would not accept the promo code this app tells me my credit card expiration date is invalid even though I'm entering what was on not one but 3 different cards. I took screenshots and will inconvenience myself to go to a local store.
customer service terrible
1800 flowers sucks now. I ordered an expensive bouquet for my wife's birthday. called me a day later and said they couldn't complete the order. too late to call any other florist. dont use these guys anymore.
fraud. a person passed a month ago and they keep reordering the same flowers for delivery. I just had to cancel the 5th order. I don't need five orders for the same dead person. how traumatic!
