Ratings and Reviews
I have followed all of those steps that you mentioned and there is no subscription shown, yet you keep taking out $19.99 weekly. I have emailed you for 3 weeks and you won't respond. horrible customer service can not cancel my subscription. I have tried for two weeks now and can not. I've even written emails and they still take money out of my credit card weekly. I hate this app so much and their service is awful. the novelbar subscription doesn't show up in your Google Play subscriptions.
won't stop charging me for a subscription I can't seem to cancel!! use to love this app not so much now
I though it was unlimited ready if you purchased the subscription, but its not. the stories are good but not for the amount they want to charge and you cant even cancell, ive been trying to cancel through my Google store nothing pop-up and the app doesnt give you a link either and they double charge me for the subscription seems like its a scam to me, I will be reporting it to my bank.
no clear cancel button for subscription. coin unlock amounts make no sense - not worth it. followed their steps and brought me to the play store where I couldn't cancel them. so I deleted my account with them instead of logging out. Hopefully they don't charge me
Do NOT INSTALL THIS APP!
Do not download!!! Subscribing to this app does not automatically let you freely read the books you still have to pay to get coins to open chapters.....just not worth it!
