I've now used this in 2 cities. I have encountered the following issue: 1) could not select a length of time to park other than 2 hours -- needed 30 minutes -- don't need/want to pay for next 2+ people's parking fees. 2) info required to add 2nd vehicle excessive.
kept trying to make me get a subscription every time and could never just pay for parking.
Sometimes, the ParkMobile app displays the wrong parking lot or a lot number that doesn’t match the physical signs on-site. This can lead to users receiving parking tickets despite following the instructions provided by the app. To make matters worse, ParkMobile’s customer support is extremely unresponsive. The AI bots are unhelpful, and requesting to speak with a live agent doesn’t work. There is no effective way to resolve the issue or dispute the ticket
