Had to go with Hertz, gave me a better rate by $20. For a one way to Airport
I've never had an issue with the car rental service. However, I was recently looking to book a rental for a trip and realized that it was cheaper to book on a web browser rather than app. I wasn't even signed in on the browser and on the app I have Amazon linked to supposedly get better pricing. I ended up booking with a competitor.

This is an extremely minimal app. one pain point is it only allows you to store One credit card so I don't really know what you're supposed to do if you use the same account for business and personal, I guess you just have to type in a credit card every single time. well, someone does because I wasn't even at the airport yet and they tried to charge $550 to my personal account.. Deleted the account, and deleted the app.
You need to make it easier to.modify the reservation pick up time without having to reconfirm all of the earlier selections.
Terrible service. Don't waste your time and money. Never again.
