App frozen and will not load. Even deleting and downloading again.
The app no longer wants to load, it remains on the initial loading screen. How could this have even passed to production, did they not test this before releasing it? I'm obviously not the only person experiencing this
Absolutely the worst experience with a shipping company. 5 different deliveries at 5 separate times over the last 2 years ALL to the wrong address. I find the issue in THEIR system and they still dont fix it. They hang up on me.
Nice app for tracking your packages, I love that you can see where the driver is too. very convenient!
request cancelation of order. Had to get elsewhere due to medical issues.
Doesn't remember login or use biometrics after enrolling. Prompts me to sign up for delivery manager on every login even though i am already enrolled. requires a post-login refresh to show deliveries (initially says there are no deliveries)
