this doesn't work well
The worst, sometimes you get a discount when HOV sometimes not. Even with 2 updated phones running saying HOV in the app, no discount. It does get a 5 star review if it's purpose is to charge customers extra. Good luck with customer service. Update: App started working great for awhile. But recently a new phone has caused the discount to disappear again but the app says HOV 2+ on the screen for both devices. I stand by my original review. Why isn't a zero star review an option?
love app but hate when it turns off in the right when I enter how or in the middle of the hov ride. wish I had confidence that ot would stay on until I exit
Good in theory, bad practice. How do you get the discount with children in the car? It's technically an HOV, but you're essentially pay walled for having your kids instead of an adult with a phone. When I have another adult in the car we wind up fiddling with our phones to make sure it's registering. Additionally, it's draining my battery when I'm not on the road. My phone flags this app as having high background usage. EDIT: MAKE IT CRYSTAL CLEAR IN THE APP ABOUT THE OCCUPANT PASS!
This is a dead app. No support. Been on the beta version for months. no reimbursements.
