This app is useless. It will not let me actually do anything because of age verification. I tried all of the online suggestions and nothing worked. I called Customer Support (they were very rude and argumentative) and they blamed the problem on my Google account. I verified that my Google account information was correct and the app still wouldn't work. I talked to Customer Support again and they said that I'm the problem and that I should just access my account through a browser. Unhelpful.
There is no option to pick up in stores. There is also a problem with me checking out. Every time I try it pops up something about you must be over 18. lol! I am 53
Great Skechers Max Cushioning Shoes But App Needs Work. Since the recent update, it is giving the age restriction when I try to redeem my points. I went directly to the website and it is not doing the same thing like this app. I did the live chat on the Skechers website and was told that Google and Apple have added the age restriction to the app but I don't understand why it gives me the age restriction because my birthdate is correct on my Google account. Please resolve issues.
Trying to answer the questions for points and it keeps saying "you must be 18+ to participate". But you can't input your birth year.
I tried to place an order and the app tells me that in Texas I have to be 18+ to place an order so I will have to get a parent/guardian to place my order for me. I am 57 years old and I have a card connected to the app that should prove that I'm over 18. There is also nothing in the app that asks for your birth date, so I guess I can't place an order.
I've been a customer for more than 10 yrs.. They don't make them like they used to.
