I have been waiting for my package that has to be refrigerated all day and I still haven't recieved it yet. driver's has been all around the area but hasn't stopped yet. what is their problem! not happy.
mechanical issue causing delays? not a good sign for UPS Ground
customer service has no ability to help you track packages other than give you a ridiculous drop off window. very poor service and help
