Dashpivot: Photos, Forms & AI

Dashpivot by Sitemate is the built world platform for safety, quality, field reporting, and time and materials. Used by foremen, supervisors, technicians, engineers and management across thousands of construction, engineering, mining and energy teams. It started as a form builder. Now AI Form Fill completes the forms, straight from your voice, photos and videos.

AI Form Fill, powered by Storm AI

AI Form Fill is powered by Storm, Sitemate's AI Data Capture Agent for the built world. On your phone or tablet:

- Speak your observations in your own language. The record is produced in your workspace's working language, including Spanish, Portuguese, French, German and Mandarin.
- Snap photos or record a video of the work. Storm reads equipment, defects, and conditions straight from what you captured.
- Attach a Word, Excel or PDF file and Storm reads it into the form.
- Every record is a draft for human review. You check it, edit it and save it. Nothing is submitted on its own.

Photos and videos

- Take photos and videos with the in-app camera, and every photo is stamped as you shoot.
- Choose what gets stamped: date and time, GPS location, who took it, and your company name.
- Stamps are embedded into the image itself, so they survive being downloaded or shared.
- Mark up a photo the moment you take it. Draw straight on the image, in your choice of pen colour and size.
- Storm reads the detail in your photos, so what is in the image becomes part of the record.

Four core systems, one mobile app

- Safety management: method statements (SWMS/RAMS), inspections, incidents, toolbox talks, permits, and inductions.
- Quality management: inspections, defects, punch lists and RFIs, with photo evidence and digital sign-off.
- Field reporting: daily reports, site diaries and progress updates.
- Time and materials: timesheets, shift records, daywork sheets and attendance, with automatic calculations and approvals.

Built for the field

- Voice capture works with gloves on, in cabs, and with machinery in the background.
- Assign and track actions from any form or report, and close them out from the field.
- Tap once to capture real-time site weather and GPS location into your form. Storm reads the weather from there, so you do not need to describe conditions in your voice note.
- Work offline with autosave; records sync once you are back online.
- Real-time sync between field and office.

Part of the Sitemate platform

Sitemate is the front line AI company for the built world. The Sitemate suite of products includes Dashpivot, Gearbelt, the Sitemate App, and Flowsite.

Works with the Sitemate App

Workers do not need a Dashpivot account to take part. With the free Sitemate App they scan a site poster or show their digital ID to:

- Sign on to the morning pre-work brief and mark attendance
- Scan and sign on to toolbox talks
- Sign permits and method statements (SWMS/RAMS)
- Submit forms in their own language with Storm
