Cocok banget buat UMKM yang mau scaleup, AI Agent nya bisa nge link ke semua platform, bisa filter chat, sampe kerja 24 jam buat handle customer, dan tersedia dashbord analitik nya.
It's worth it to use this app. I tried it to automate messages in Instagram using knowledge base + AI and it works pretty well. There's also no AI hallucination from my experience (when the AI gives info outside of the knowledge base I give to it)
Bagus. Dengan adanya sistem IA, jadi membantu dalam membalas chat diluar jam operasional. AI sleekflow juga bisa mempelajari info produk dan operasional melalui website kami ataupun dari promt yang diatur secara manual. Secara overall, membantu untuk sisi customer service.
it's a good apps overall, but can't match for my business and they are have bad service, I want to deleting my account but the service is very slow responded, this west my time
