It's basically useless unless you pay $160 a year? And text is constantly coming up in chinese, what the hell?
"who did you download this for? Send them a polo. it takes 10 seconds" didn't appreciate this notification, especially if being the first one the app has ever sent to me. don't demand me to do something.
I like it, cause I can talk to my sister even though we don't live together anymore, so if I miss her I can send her a message on here and still feel like we're connected daily.

Hi Marco Polo Team, I am currently a member of someone else’s Marco Polo Plus subscription group. While I love being part of this plan, I am highly frustrated that the app completely blocks me from purchasing Plus passes, gift cards, or subscriptions for other friends who are outside of my group and cannot afford Plus on their own. By restricting all purchasing power exclusively to the primary account holder, you are creating a massive barrier for users who want to spend money on your platform.
Marco it pains me to leave a less than 5 star review, but this particular sudden lack of ability to fast forward to the end of a video or move forward in larger chunks has driven me to other platforms for the first time in a decade. I can see the controls but they no longer work. They simply open up some random screen. If I so much as pause a 30 minute polo to take a call I have to completely rewatch. is this too push people to paid only? If so, please compare a tiered menu of paid options.
